Kawan Renergy Berhad,  capitalising on the specialisation of our subsidiaries, we position ourselves as an engineering solutions provider with a plethora of specialisations.

Our Group's capabilities include providing in-house fabrication, design, installation, and/or commissioning of the industrial process equipment, process plants as well as renewable energy and co-generation plants.

There are three principle activities in our Group. First, Industrial Process Equipment including Heat Exchanger, Pressure Vessels, and Heaters & Boilers. Secondly, Process Plants including Food Processing, Oleochemical & Chemical Processing, and Waste Recovery. These two principle activities are operated by Kawan Engineering Sdn Bhd.

The third principle activity consists of Renewable Energy and Co-generation Plants. This includes Co-generation and Tri-generation, Biomass, Combined Cycle, Biomass / Landfill, Waste Incineration, and Organic Rankine Cycle. This business is operated by Kawan Green Energy Sdn Bhd.

Apart from our principal business activities, we are also involved in power generation and sale of electricity through the acquisition of Magenko Group on 1st August 2022.
