TPC SERIES: THERMAL FLUID HEATERS

Thermal fluid heating is a popular modern form of heating employed throughout the world. It has a number of key advantages over traditional forms of heating, such as steam and hot water, which makes it an economical solution for industrial and commercial heating –– Thermal fluid heating systems are non-maintenance-intensive and do not require personnel with considerable technical training to operate them. It does not require on-going investment in chemicals for water treatment.

Thermal fluid heaters are an extremely cost-effective solution when temperatures of about 300 °C are required at pressures around 10 bar.



TPC E-SERIES THERMAL FLUID HEATERS

The TPC E-Series Thermal Fluid Heaters features superior thermal fluid heating technology. These units offer:

  • A heater that uses a coil mechanically separated from the body of the heater
  • Space saving with relatively small dimensions
  • Vertical or horizontal configurations
  • Low emission levels monitored with advanced controls and instrumentation
  • Dramatically improved burner technology
  • Riello burners as standard
  • Gas trains to meet local regulations for gas applications


TPC B-SERIES THERMAL FLUID HEATER

The TPC B-Series Thermal Fluid Heaters are a proven range of thermal fluid heaters in use in the petroleum industries throughout the world. They have been designed to meet the stringent standards required by petrochemical industries. These units offer:

  • A novel three-pass helical coil for heating
  • Very high efficiency and low emissions
  • Standard designs for operation at temperatures of up to 300 °C and 10 bar of pressure (Units can be ordered that exceed these figures)
  • Designs with outputs up to 10 MW
  • Designs for indoor or outdoor applications
  • Designs for operation with NG, LPG, diesel or heavy fuel oils
  • Standard instrumentation and controls that allow monitoring of its performance
  • Optional paint system that will protect the units under the required operating conditions

Heat exchangers like suction heaters, instrumentation and control packages can be custom-designed to meet specific requirements.



EXTRA COST-SAVING FEATURES

The TPC Thermal Fluid Heaters can be coupled with U.K. patented Heat Pipe Economizers which will reduce fuel consumption up to 10-20 %. This enables you to cut production costs, making you more competitive. In addition, harvesting waste heat from fuel burning will reduce environmental damages as this permits gas emissions of lower temperatures. The use of economizers guarantees fast money return and prolongs heater life span by making the system less maintenance-intensive.

  • 1000× more heat-conductive than copper
  • More effective than normal tube and shell design
  • Available for gas-to-air, gas-to-liquid, and liquid-to-liquid applications
  • Available in carbon steel, stainless steel, mild steel, and copper
  • Completely silent and reversible in operation
  • Require no external energy other than the thermal energy they transfer
  • Can be used in traditionally difficult heat exchange environments
  • Suitable for all kinds of fuel
