EMPTY FRUIT BUNCH (EFB) DRYER

KAWAN^® palm empty fruit bunch (EFB) dryer uses practical and proven technology since 2003. EFB is a relatively “unfriendly” materials to be dried by using heat. Combination of sound engineering design in mechanical as well as heat exchange engineering, we design, fabricate, install, and commissioning of or EFB dryers have been satisfactory used by our customers. Our dryers are suitable for EFB mat processing plant, EFB solid fuel processing, etc.

Drying of EFB is a process of removing / reducing its moisture content under atmospheric pressure. It is a combined engineered selection of applying heat but also a balancing of its surrounding humidity, plus avoiding of condensation in post heating.

Energy saving and Heat Reclaim are always the main design criteria in our EFBdryer. Incorporated with other KAWAN^® related products like economizer, heating boilers, we are supplying a complete solution to our customers in this very aspect of EFB drying.
